9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClimaPri Oy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Schadloshaltung
